Lost stuff in latest "Leaked patch"

So im sure everyone heard about that "leaked patch" or "update" and well, i didn't earlier, so i just updated because a friend told me to, and now i ended up with no equipment (lost nvg's m4a3 cco and some other stuff, but that's not that important) and spawned at a random location in balota, so i am wondering if it was just in this latest patch that all my stuff dissappeared, or if it's like saved in one of the earlier versions perhaps?
