Steam is 24$ same as BiS directly, Amazon going for 20$, sometimes every buck helps during these summer sales. =)

I'd suggest waiting a little bit to see if Steam will have a better sale for Arma 2: CO. It's very likely they'll have a good sale for it (More than the current 20% right now.), think of how much money they'd make if they lowered the price by half?
