Donkster22 0 Posted July 13, 2012 Is it the CPU that is the let down?
Sputnik (DayZ) 5 Posted July 13, 2012 Is it the CPU that is the let down?Yes, your CPU is the weakest it seems, but you will be able to run the game on low settings, so don't listen to trolls, especially the ones with a troll avatar!
NedEleven 1 Posted July 13, 2012 Is it the CPU that is the let down?Pretty much. The Arma 2 engine is very cpu-intensive, so if you're planning on upgrading, definitely try to go for a quad-core i5 at the very least. An SSD would also give you a boost in performance. Axwell 1 Posted July 13, 2012 Tip: Mention in what resolution you are gaming in.It´s quite crucial, and the experince you are going to get depends on it.However, you should be able to play at a decent framerate, but dont expect 1080p.
