I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this. However I have a pretty lame PC :

Core 2 duo @ 3GHz

3GB RAM

Radeon 6850

and I was hoping to buy the game if my PC was upto scratch so shat kind of setting do you think i can play on . Normal? Thanks in advance.

My specs before I upgraded:

E5200 @ 3.4 GHz

3 GB DDR2

HD 6850

I got around 50-ish fps in the countryside on normal settings with view distance at 1000 (anti-aliasing and post-processing disabled) at 1280x1024.

Yes, your CPU is the weakest it seems, but you will be able to run the game on low settings, so don't listen to trolls, especially the ones with a troll avatar!

Pretty much. The Arma 2 engine is very cpu-intensive, so if you're planning on upgrading, definitely try to go for a quad-core i5 at the very least. An SSD would also give you a boost in performance.

Tip: Mention in what resolution you are gaming in.

It´s quite crucial, and the experince you are going to get depends on it.

However, you should be able to play at a decent framerate, but dont expect 1080p.
