Downgrading to 1.7.2

Recommended Posts

I have just come back to notice a lot of fuckery regards to the .3 update. I ran sixupdater to join a server and the latest patch was automatically installed, now I try and join a server but the majority are running .2 so how would I go about downgrading?

I have put these files in my @DayZ/addons folder but still no change?

Put the files in the right place, Don't run sixupdater because it will automatically update the files. Just start the game manually and you should be fine.

Are there any other steps I need to take other than transferring those files?

I have the same problem. I have version 1.7.2.3 and whenever I log on to a server it says I should download 1.7.2 from dayzmod.com/downloads (which doesn't work)

Anyone else knows how to get back to 1.7.2 in stead of 1.7.2.3?

Fucking joke, every time I come to play this game there is some form of error. I know its alpha stages but common, you have done the hard part, ensuring patches and hot fix's install and run correctly cannot be that hard...
