You have probably like 3 to 5 cheaters (or even more) on your server. Right now (22:09 GMT+2) they are on the highest building of Chernogorsk.

All of them carry AS50 or M107, Bizon-SD, NVGs, range finder etc. and just lay on the roof of this building. I managed to get up, killed 2 of them - when, out of nowhere, 2 or 3 others appeared (they appeared within seconds) with the exact same equipment (I think they somehow insta-respawned, made them kinda invincible even tough I killed them like 3 or 4 times in a row). Then, one of them finally brought me down (I had no more ammo).

So, please, have a look into this issue. Those guys are literally doing nothing than camping on this high roof with high-range sniper rifles killing new players and, if this wasn't enough, obviously cheating.
