How do I downgrade?

I accidentally updated my six launcher, I see people saying they're going to downgrade but I have no idea how to.

If anyone could help me out I'd appreciate it.

Why do you want to downgrade? There would be no logical point, seeing as you're testing an alpha. The entire point of playing an alpha is to stress-test, discover, and report bugs for the actual release. If you don't want to deal with the rapidly changing versions, play something else and/or wait for the finished product. Wanting to revert back to an earlier version is counter-productive to the work that's being done.
