Server timezone

How do i go about changing my servers timezone? Ive searched around and can't find anything related.

We want the server to be something like GMT-8, When we first got it we believe it was that setting, but after a restart it has reset to be night.

Can anyone help with this

Contact your host if you are a slotted server

Set your BIOS and OS time yourself if you're on a dedicated box.

It runs on system time
