ive been trying to set my server to notify players when it is restarting but i cant figure out how to do it. any help or link that can tell me how to do that would be appreciated.

i rent a server from HFB

also the motd things i have setup only scroll once on the server. is there a way to make them repeat every couple hours or so?

im thinking all this need to be done in either the config files or the file manager but im not sure where, im not c++ knowledgable so i cant read half the stuff.

any help would be appreciated.
