I really need your guys help. I've been researching for two days on how to update day z, cuz every time I click a server it say bad version, rejected. I've tried everything. I've updated manually and also with an updater. I can play normal arma 2 combined ops, and I even have day z installed. I just can't ever join a server. I've been trying forever. Please help. I actually believe I tried everything.

The easy answer is to use one of several community created Day Z updaters. There is Six updater and Day Z Commander right now. Do a search on the forums for some links.

These programs will download and install all necessary files for you, and then you launch the game from these programs.

Doing the installation manually is pretty simple too, but the programs just make it that much easier.
