you may not even get to host one. only 35% get trought the apply sentral :)

If you are wanting to start a server in an area that currently has no local servers or only very few you should have a god chance though.

If it is an area that already has a large number then chances are pretty slim. As Waffle posted, only 30% or so get accepted.
