When logging on to a server...

When logging on to a server I often get stuck at some of the loading screens, just now it seems to be the "Waiting for character to create" screen. I'll leave sitting at that screen for a while to see if it's just taking a while to get in.

It's during this time that I often see text spamming from other players saying things like, "FORM ON ME" etc...

I know it's not always (never?) the players that are doing this because I have seen my own name appear when I have not selected a command.

I was just wondering what causes that to happen?

happened to me when my Updater , updated to 1.7.2

i then downgraded mine back to 1.7.1.5 and i could get passed the loading screen
