Need blood transfusion

Ok im desperate i have no blood bag im at 2675 blood and im running low on ammo and do not want to risk searching in a dangerous place. If someone would please help me and promise not to stab me in the back i would very much appreciate it.

To stay safe, find a cow. It's time consuming, but worth it to not have to deal with potential threats.

However having said that i think there should be a blood transfusion option for solo players as its almost impossible to get your blood back unless you have a full camping set. Even then you would have to eat man vs food levels of meat to get it back to normal.
