Kicked for Script Restriction (Varied Numbers)

When I join a server and move around for a few minutes I will be kicked for Script Restriction, the numbers are varied. (16, 46 and some others i couldnt really remember.

What's wrong?

Where can I get that Beta Patches? Because some servers show different ones to the one i've got.

thanks moriak, it's working quite fine now.

Will Battleye ban me though? For getting kicked and all.

I just want to make sure everything is fine.
