To me it sounds as if you tried to kill a sniper on a hill, thought you had killed him but instead he Alt+F4 out of game, ghosted around you and killed you when you moved into inspect his body.

That would explain why the body was not there and how he killed you from behind.

If this is what happened then it isn't a hacker, it is someone exploiting the current design of the game but can still be banned for this.

The admin of the server would need to look into the server logs and find the players name at the same time you listed logging out and then back in a few minutes later.

I am not sure how much luck you will have with getting an admin to look into it though since this people Alt+F4ing is commonly exploited.
