Bullet proof vest

Title explains it. It should reduce damage from bullets and only cover your chest, and it would be found in high value military locations. You would not bleed if shot in the chest. So what do ya'll think? :)

I have been wanting this for a long time, it should be almost uber rare (but no NVG rare) found commonly on crashed helis, and so on. I think coyote backpack rare would be good. But make it lootable off of a dead player, unlike camo...
