DE 90 server cheating?

I was wandering through the forests today and I get a message above my players head which said,

"M4 for everybody - Candyman"

I look in my inv because I had an M4A1 CCO already and there was a M4A1 CCO SD in there too. It wasn't taking up any space in my bag, it was just there, along with 5 mags of SD ammo too.

Now is this cheating or is this just putting everybody on a level playing field?

Yeah, that's bullshit. That server should be banned for life. Reported to admin.

Admins can not spawn gear, it was a hacker.
