In real life ghillie suits are really uncomfortable, hot, and make noise when you move. your audibility should increase while wearing one, but your visibility should decrease. youre body temperature should be higher while wearing one.

Nerf survivor clothes. In real life they would be heavy with the vest, hot with the long sleeves and pants, and not magically change colors everytime you log in. When you wear them you should be warmer, be more visible but quieter.

The noise would be interesting mechanic. Makes it so that wearing a ghillie suit 24/7 after finding it is a bad idea. While raiding cities you'd have to switch to Civ or Camo clothing so the zeds don't hear you. As for the temp, I don't think there's any in-game downside for getting too hot, so that wouldn't do anything right now.

That's why most military operators in ghillie suits are almost naked underneath, with armpads, kneepads and maybe a little bit of something else... Also, they pee on themselves.

So yeah.

Anyhow, Ghillie suits are GREAT for hunting players. There isn't much you can do to stop the advantage they give, and almost any con is overpowered by the single pro they give.

*Can't be easily seen by anyone unless the player is moving or is retarded.

the noise u make while walking is already ridiculous, changes like making even more noise would just destroy the game even more.

walking over streets also dont make these noises
