Stuck in Debug Forest

Alright, all today I have been having tons of problems connecting to servers, eg. Stuck on Waiting for Character to create, or Loading.

I relogged on a server and i then spawned in Debug Wilderness... Well there went my Coyote Backpack and M16A2 M203 and some other stuff (I tabbed out for a second and when i came in i was dead). So after trying other servers (at least 4) i finally connect to one and I am back in debug wilderness again. How do i fix this?

Also is it just me or are there many servers where items dont spawn.

ALSO ALSO, is it just me or are all the Seattle servers disappearing.
