Couple of friends looking for a decent EU server

So basically a couple of friends and I, are looking for a decent stable server located in the European region. We have been playing on UK8 for a couple of days, but have unfortunately been experiencing some pretty heavy lag and rollbacks. I dont know if we can avoid this tho, but we're simply just looking for a stable server.

Are there anyone who can recommend a good/stable server? (with daytime only, if possible)

We are all from Denmark. The UK8 that we have been playing on for a few days now, keeps showing the "red icon" on the screen. I guess it has something to do with the connection?. Also we got the "session lost" 4-5 times now, and we basically loose everything, which is pretty annoying. So it's frankly pretty hard to play togehter, because we all get somekind of lag every 8-10mins, which means we cant see each other move.
