Looking for a group of regular players

I've been looking for a small group of regular players to team up with. For some reason I've had no success with people following through.

I'm in north eastern New Jersey.

I'm looking for people that actually want to work as a team and communicate as opposed to just tagging along with a group that just wants to add extra bodies for cannon fodder. I've been playing DayZ for a few weeks now and have played ArmA and Operation Flashpoint since they came out.

Also looking for a group that uses either Skype, or steam to communicate. Teamspeak is ok too but might need some assistance getting it configured because I just reinstalled it.

So if you are looking for someone to add to your team as a regular member let me know. I want to play!
