how do i ge out of the debug plains?

I spawned in a server and i'm trapped in the debug plains, i've heard you can run out is that true? It took me awhile to get the gear i have and i don't want to lose it.

Most people just respawn, as it is far too long to run (I believe it was over 100Km, but not really sure) Some people have had luck joining the server CA 1 or 2 (even though it is outdated) and moving around a bit. After you do that, join your usual server. Hope it works.

Walk it's only like 5km off the map I just did it today when I got spawned in there, go east until you hit trees.
