Character's head is stuck to his left!! Please help

Hi ive played dayz for multiple hours and it all was working fine but last time i played my characters head is stuck looking to his side. Im not in freelook mode. It's the same as hes looking forwards but instead hes looking to the side and it makes it super hard to control.. I nearly died XD Does anyone know how to fix it. I could post a video about it if needed.

Is he like bent over towards the left? It might be that you've double-tapped Q by mistake?

No not bent over It's like im using freelook and looking to the left all the way but it acts as if im not freelooking. I cant change my keyboard im on a lab top but no keyboard can lock my head to the left because theres no controls to do that :(
