CFG Weapon error?

Hey everyone. So today I bought Arma 2 Combined Operations because of the steam sale. So finally after a while, I installed the game and mod correctly. But for some reason, I keep getting this really weird error when ever I try to connect to ANY server that says something about the CFG and files missing. I didn't get the error too in detail since it went away pretty quickly, but can anyone possibly help me out here?

Make sure that Operation Arrowhead and Arma II installed to the same directory (both in Program Files or Program Files x86). If they are NOT in the same Program Files folder, then uninstall and re-install, and be sure to select the same install directory.

Are you allowed to get into the server and play? I have been playing this game for a few months now and I get it all the time still. Just click okay and don't worry about it. A harmless error, alot of people get it.

Funny how, once I click OK, I go to the loading screen once more, and stay there until I manually exit the game. Your solution doesn't help.
