New server US [FoE] based in Texas.

Great ping, great server, great fun!

fyi, don't join the old server that says 'Hosted by FoE'. It's broken and we lost control of it, HFB is lazy and won't reinstall. We cancelled and he hasn't even taken it down yet. Chance of spawning in debug and/or losing gear is high, something went very wrong with that server.
