Green Mountain

http://dayzmap.info/ this map shows that there is a military building in Green Mountain. However, when I get there, I can only enter the tower, not the other building. Was this patched or am I on a bugged server?

There is a small garage kind of area to the side of the larger building with no entrance. There are a couple dumpsters in it, and some military loot spawns next to those. It's easy to miss. Go all around the big building 'till you find it.

My one trip to green mountain was the same way. It is possible that the military building spawns loot around it or in doorways as opposed to inside it. There are some residential buildings like that, and I know that at least the hospital in Berezino has a chance to spawn items in the trash pile at the base of the ladder.

Yeah the military loot is technically outside, but its in a small open room to the side of the big building as I described.

I had the same problem finding those loot spawns when I first started. As said, it is where Dingus describes.
