Desyncing

for some reason All servers I go to, are having massive amounts of desycing, not only for me but also for my friend(diffrent countries so not because of that)

I got everything installed correctly, and there are alot of problems with the servers like no loots at all at many locations

is this a patch bug or a server side bug, because it happens to me in ALL servers, not only 1

Yeah, me and a friend have been experiencing the same thing, not sure whether its down to the latest patch, the game servers or something on our end. The mod is pretty much unplayable for me right now.
