A support does not meet the 3 days.

I rented a server in my town, i added a config in My Products & Services, i opened a ticket in My Support Tickets, i send e-mail [email protected].

I'm guessing English is not native to you. not an issue, however....

What you posted were five statements and an email. Didn't see a question in your post at all.

You will likely have to wait for the email response anyway.....

Used to be weeks. New automated system is supposed to help but I'd be prepared for a wait...
