I lost my ghillie suit logging into 1.7.2 will I get it back in next hotfix?

Hi,

I searched around for a similiar thread and to my suprise I couldn't find one, atleast one that matched my keywords and I checked trough the first five pages of the troubleshooting section so sorry if I missed if there's a similiar thread. So straight to the point; I had a ghillie suit prior to 1.7.2, upon logging into a server after updating my ghillie suit was gone and I had the normal survivor skin, when the hotfix comes out (or something 1.7.2.1) will I recieve my ghillie back or is it gone forever?
