I play nearly every day dayz, so today again! Now (some minutes ago) I try to login and play with 2 friends and I see the message Global Ban (WTF?!).

Yesterday I was on a strange server (CA #00 ...) and it was really crazy... around me and all other players spawn crates, goats and finally the server starts lagging alot. Me (and one friend) left the game and join at another server and today I got banned?

I contact BattlEye and describe my problem and they say, they will check this with the result: No false positive -.-

I swear, I'm NOT a cheater and I don't want to buy a new CD Key! I do nothing wrong and I will not pay 15€ again for nothing -.- I'm really angry about this sh**

Hey AMD,

I'm afraid that if it's a global ban by BattlEye there's nothing DayZ can do for you, you'll need to either buy a new CD key or dispute it with them. On that note, if you're looking to buy a new key it only costs about $15, and there's no need to re-install the game if you bought it with steam; you can just swap out the registry values.

That only makes me really angry and sad :( I buy this game to play this mod, got a global ban for nothing and now I can buy it again :(

If Battleye banned you, then you were running a script you shouldn't have been running.

I suggest you do a virus scan with something just to be sure. Malwarebytes works, as well as many others.

Also, where did you get your game? Steam?

You wouldn't get banned so quickly just for being on a server as it was hacked, YOU did something you shouldn't have, whether it be downloading and using an illegal script, or collect a virus by accident.

That being said, hackers can run scripts through your client as well, so long as you're on the same server. It's pretty nasty stuff.

I have still runing a virus scan + firewall and I think my system is clean.

And yes, I use the steam Version. And I say it again: I'm not a hacker! No software is perfect and a false positive is always possible!
