Every time a launch the game i die

As i said in the title, every time i join a server (Any server) i die, sometimes i see my dead body near me and other times i loose everything but always i spawn in krustoy

You could be being killed in the debug forest as u spawn by someone, dont sound likely but people have this problem.

I've also been having this problem, and it seemed like it's been happening just today. Several servers that I log into will have a pile of people all spawned way outside the map, most with nothing on them.
