Stuck on loading screens, found no help

I have a Steam copy of ARMA 2 + ARMA OA, I used Six launcher, ARMA 2 launcher and the ARMA 2 official server search engine. I have been able to play ARMA 2 Day Z before but I accidently (Because Six launcher is a douchebag) clicked the join button instead of double clicking making Day Z update, I manually updated my stuff but it STILL does not work, It keeps getting stuck on loading screens, I can see the "Loading" word darker then usually, black background, stuck forever. Any tips?

Reinstall battleeye for oa, worked for me

Exit out of Sixlauncher completely, reboot, verify and wait for the ping list to update. Then try a new server (1.7.2 white server, not ghosted grey as this will not work once you've updated).

Try a server with a lot of players already and be patient. Soetimes it takes a few minutes of loading screen before you boot into the game.
