How do I get these options on the left?

I see in videos when people hover over a body/loot that it shows options on the left like drag body, gear etc, how do I get those to show up?

Scroll with your scroll wheel (middle mouse button) ;)

Scroll your mouse wheel either up or down. The click middle mouse, or whatever button you use normally to loot, or use (think it's 'enter') to select the highlighted option.

I use and prefer this method as it allows specific actions to be reliably undertaken.

Look at what you think might give you an action (pick up, drag, give..., open door, etc...), and then use your mousewheel to see the options/actions.
