Light in Citys / shovel and more

City Lights

I think it's a bit extremly hard to survive at night without night goggles. The Flashlight is like a beacon for every sniper and zombies.

And in a town it shouldn't be needed to make light on our own, there are lamps at the streets, they should provide light. Solarlights or Generators to fuel up.

Torchs

Gather a wood pile with a hatched and enlight it with a matchbox or at another hot spot like a fireplace

Shovel

A shovel would be really nice to burrie a backpack for example, a burried backpack shouldn't dissappear on it's own.

So we can store/hide some stuff before swimming or entering a town. As an alternate to a tent, disappears when dead.

Map Beacon with shortcut

It's actually possible to create a point on a map for our 3d map too (shift + click on map). It would be nice to have a Shortcut to mark the current position with one key-shortcut (maybe P for position). So we can mark a car, a current position or the "burried backpack" only on its own, not shared.

More Bicycles

More easy slow driving stuff for newbies.

Food and Drink

The Food and Drink Bar slows down way too fast, it's not really realistic to drink maybe 100 Soda Cans a Day

Should be adapted to real life, all 2 hours a drink all 3 hours something to food.

Tweaks

- Zombies shouldn't be able to cross Wire Fences

- It would also be realistic to get meat from animals with a hatchet instead only the hunting knife

- Melee Attacks with a Woodpile

- Melee Attacks with a Hunting Knife

- Melee Attacks with a Hatchet as second weapon, not primary

- Melee Attacks with empty secondary guns as well

City Lights? There is no power in chernarus. No electricity.

Shovel to bury your backpack? So everyone can dig up the world ? you havent thought this thru.

Try a Tent.

Theres alot of bicycles, about as many as the amount of other vehicles.

Other people can see your marks on the map, so you mark a car or where you stashed your backpack on the map someone else will find it with ease....

no offence.

btw.. we live in a world which its nearly impossible to have no power source.. solar energy, generators to fuel up.

so cherno can have power at night and its still realistic. even if somebody has to fuel up a generator first. even electro fluorescence can lasts a few hours.

tents are too easy to spot and loot. and digging doesn't need a think through.. if you die, the pack is gone.

and from a programmer perspective you see only the occupation animation and after that your pack is invisible, no digging at the code side.

the shovel could also be a neccessary item to hide bodys, so not everyone can hide bodys on every ground.
