Cheater Spawning vehicles?

So I was playing with my friend and when I was In Elektrozavodsk we met some dude who was In tank and he suddenly fell unconscious and his tank exploded.Then we went to help him and asked where he found the tank he answered:I found It outside the city.I dont believe him that he found the tank,I believe he spawned It.His name was Wunder but you can change name so It is not important.So I am asking If It Is real to find a tank.

Not in DayZ mod, definitely a haxz0r (We do all know it's a script kiddie, and BattlEye will ban them automaticly)
