Wentworth Miller 5 Posted July 12, 2012 You need to find cans of food, open your gear (G) and then right click on the food can and click "Eat" that is it. Yarrick68 (DayZ) 26 Posted July 12, 2012 (edited) First you need to find some food, like baked beans or sardines. Once its in your inventory "G" brings up your inventory, then right click on the food item and it should give you an option to eat. Drinking is the same thing.
