Debug no more... if/then

Recommended Posts

Why not automatically move characters out of debug using a simple if/then statement?

Only question is where?

Maybe a random location?

Sorry if this has been asked before, but my buds and I got into a huge debate over this today. They are coders and server ops and I'm not. They insist its an easy thing to do and that DayZ might be losing potential players in the community due to loot loss. I know, I know... its Alpha but no one wants to lose their CCO or Ar50 and if you play through 10 days or more and then have to start over, its discouraging.

Anyways, is it really this easy? If so, is there a reason not to?
