Side chat not working?

So i just started playing DayZ a couple of days ago. The first day i played i had fun, grouping up useing side chat. Now for some reason i cant use or see side chat. No matter how many times i switch channels. Help? Anyone

Group chat is disabled by default. You need to edit the mission file to enable it as a server host, which is against the rules unfortunetly. I PERSONALLY megusta side chat :).

Okay, do you know of any great servers that i can use that have side chat enable, it makes the game more fun for me.
