Extremely Low FPS

I've just recently started playing and realized I'm running at extremely low FPS in only this game compared to others I play. Any suggestions on how to boost my fps or fix my problem?

I'm using an Intel i3 core 550 @ 3.20 GHz and I'm using a GeForce 405 video card. I'm quite new to graphics settings and all that stuff so any help or insight is greatly appreciated! :)

P.S. Unless its completely needed, I would like to enjoy the game in decent graphics instead of the "Very Low" setting in game, however I realize beggars can't be choosers :P

Have a look at this;

If you notice no difference, go to the actual video and it will show you some start-up perimeters that you can try aswell.
