Rendering error on loading

Hi, Im having a rendering error when loading a game.

I can actually get into the server fine, but when all loading screens are done and its time to jump in the game, i get following error :

Internal error: command buffer to small.

I have reinstalled my graphic card drivers without any success... It seems to be something related to mod, as if i load the regular game it works fine.

Please help...
