I've shot several players that have made no attempt to state they're intention and walk straight at me pointing the gun/weapon my way. I am pretty sure a guy was hoping to blast me with a shotgun and when I turned and saw him he instantly yelled friendly at the same time I shot. If he would have been behind cover and yelled friendly from a decent distance he would have walked away with no harm, instead he was running up like an idiot thinking that would not scare the shit out of me. That should help. :o You know the dance too!??!?!?! :D Thank you for posting this, you just made my day!Now, more to the point, when you have no voice chat capability, do not understand the language being used by the other player but would like to indicate your "friendliness" (that was an awful word...) then the safety dance is the key!!! I just pray they don't shoot me as i crouch walk past them in the opposite direction and quickly find a place to hide around the corner. So far, so good. Safety dance or salute might get you killed since you have to stand up to do it for a few seconds as the animation plays out and exposed yourself to the other players or zombies.
