Been playing since OFP, and have been all over Chern many times, though i have never seen this boat. Might this be one of Rockets secrects? or have i missed this completely when playing the normal game?

I found a small drivable boat the other day. I could get in, but it refused to move. I am not sure if the functionality had been removed, but perhaps it needed gas?

Needed gas, yeah. I've found a fishing boat and a little rubber boat with a motor. Both worked

There was a post about that wreck a little while ago.

Rocket asked if the boat was an entity you could walk on. It's dangerous to attempt to board the vessel (You'll die if you don't ram a boat onto the deck).
