US 264 Dallas Admin Abuse - Adrenaline Coop

I was playing on US 264 - while the server that I usually play on is being fixed up, when I killed one of the Adrenaline members. After this - I was killed by his fellow clanmate, just north of Elektro, near a tent that they had set up to lure players.

After I died, I respawned in Elektro - guiding my teammates who I was talking to in Teamspeak to the tents that they were guarding - so that they could kill the Adrenaline fellows(My clanmates were armed, I wasn't at the time). I found the adrenaline members again, only to be killed again - while my teammates were on the wrong side of the tents.

I respawned again, and proceeded to successfully guide my teammates to the tents - raiding them for an AK - and killing two people along the way, all while one of the Adrenaline members was off of the server. As we were leaving the tents - we saw one of the Adrenaline members log in, only for him to log off immediately, most likely to proceed to ban me. Just before I was banned, I heard shots from a Winchester - most likely an Adrenaline member. Anyway, here is a screenshot of what the ban said, it is blatant abuse - as I was not hacking, and it was not a battle eye ban, but rather the host abusing his powers.

-Note: I was the only name that they had seen, that is why I was banned - and my teammates were not.

If any of the Adrenaline members would like to explain this, that would be great. Along with proof that I was hacking - I have been a server host myself, and am currently managing another server - Why would I want to hack?

Edit: I can connect to every single other server just fine, it is not a battleye ban.

I can confirm this as I was one of Webb's group members, all of the events stated above are true and precise. Webb is in fact not a hacker of any kind and that this ban is not at all valid.

Me and MetallicLime were covering Webb from north of the tents when Webb decided to use Direct Communication voice to taunt them and lure them out of their hiding spots. I then heard a few winchester shots from my right, towards Webb. About 20 seconds after that, he got banned off the server, unsure why. Assuming that someone is hacking just because he didnt die from your failed aim is not an acceptable proof of hacks. Either way, i would really like an explanation from the responsible admin as to why he believes Webb used hacks, as he certainly does not.

After this, i opened fire with an MP5 (that i took out of their tents) on the person who attempted to shoot Webb. He hid behind a tree and shot MetallicLime. So it was just me and the shooter left. I hid behind a tree, as did he. As soon as he ran out of cover i started unloading on him. I emptied two third of my magazine into him and he simply turned and shot me twice with his winchester and i died. By the logic of the banning admin, this person would have ended up being banned as well, except that this guy was probably the very admin that banned Webb in the first place. Either he is a gigantic hypocrite or a hacker, or the server is having some serious desync issues.

One of the Adrenaline Gaming members was [AG] Malloy and possibly [AG] Hudson. I killed one of them prior to the incident, near the tent (registered as bandit kill).

To me, this looked a lot like a ban for personal gain/reasons, in which case Dallas 1 would loose any kind of credit. Let's hope someone will provide a better explanation soon.

I don't know how you got my name out of this, or Hudson. I don't play with Hudson, and it's been a month since I've even met with him in game (I'm a AG-1 member, hudson is just AG). I don't recall having a engagement anywhere except inside Elektro and Cherno (NWAF too) and neither resulted in anything as elaborate as you're stating. I don't recall any tents north of elektro used for "luring." I don't even have admin, I'm just a regular/supporting member. Another thing, I don't even know who Webb or MetallicLime is. I haven't reported a hacker since we all got dropped to our deaths in balota, and our gear replaced with carhorns (Name was Matt the Bandit). You need to look at your "proof" again, before you make more false accusations.

I was told by a Head Admin to ban you because you teleported back after you died and weren't able to be killed, when I again asked the HA to give me the story he said he heard the report from someone. Unbanned for lack of evidence.

Hello Webb and associates, you have been banned due to eye witness testimony that you have been hacking. One gentleman informed me that you where "Spawning back after being killed with all your gear" He also promptly complained that you where "Unkillable" and had wasted an entire backpacks worth of ammunition on you. This was by no means admin abuse, as you where banned due to a complaint from more than one persons, the camp you raided was not even an AG one at that.

I myself do not play dayz, however I can assure you that we here at AG stride for a fair and fun player experience. I apologize for the quick and question less ban, however you where not in the teamspeak at the time for questioning. This was a blind ban, and I once again apologize for not questioning the people who accused you further, however, this is a zero tolerance server and I make sure to scramble the bombers as soon as I catch wind of the word "hacker".

As been stated by hunter you have been un-banned due to lack of evidence and a more thorough investigation on this matter will be launched.

Due to Webb probably not planning to play on your server anymore he probably didnt read this but i forwarded your posts to him. Maybe he will return.

I can vouch a 100% that he is not using any hacks, whatsoever. Your lack of evidence does not warrant a ban either so i am glad you decided to revert it. Also, the fact that you used "BattleEye" in your ban message is a bit strange, as it was not at all a BattleEye ban, but merely a fast-tracked decision by an admin.

I can not explain the behavior described by your "eye witnesses" but it appears to be wrong. Webb, did in fact spawn back in elektro by respawning twice and made his way back up to the tents rather quickly. This did take several minutes, so it was not at all an "instant respawn". Also, he did not have a full loadout. He may have taken quite a few items out of the tents which were loaded with stuff. Our enemies were using these tents as bait after all. I believe the observations of these eye-witnesses were biased at best.

@Malloy, sorry i checked the names on the server too late, and you and the other AG member seemed to be the only ones on that were affiliated with AG at the time. It could have been someone else.

When you ban a player through RCon (admin tool) it uses the Battleeye: at the start as default. The admin can not chose this to be there as they is using battleeye to issue a local ban.
