MarKeR (DayZ) 57 Posted May 17, 2012 Playing on DE4 with a good few others, a few of us on TS etc...Suddenly right over the blood icon, a compass appeared, exact same colour as the normal dayz icons!!The compass went after a minute or two, didn't even think to get a screencap!!Anyone else seen or know of this? Alex (DayZ) 8 Posted May 17, 2012 Means you've spotted something at the O'clock thats at the top of the icon, such as at your 12 O'clock or 9'oclock. Its when the AI in singleplayer go "Man @ 12 O'clock 500 meters". I think its server wide though so everyone gets the icon. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

jordnz 102 Posted May 17, 2012 Yeah, I think this is just a bug from the vanilla game. Alternatively, if you are in vehicles I think you can still 'spot' people using your mousewheel which will trigger this icon to appear. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
