Is it safe to log in?

I've got a ghillie suit, and I heard of some issues with ghillie suits and the new patch. Can anyone confirm if they're able to log in with their ghillie suit on without spawning in the ocean or something similar? I'd rather not test it and end up losing all my stuff when I could've simply waited a day or two for a hotfix.

Most likely it will just take away your ghillie like it did my camo. You will still have everything but you will be in civilian clothing. Dont quote me on that though.

I lost my ghillie, but kept the other stuff (until yesterday - but that's another bug). So my mates did.

Logging in shouldn't remove your stuff, just your ghillie. The "swimming" bug happens, if you find a new ghillie (or camo) and try to wear it. Then almost all your stuff gets lost and you still have no ghillie.

Yeah, existing outfits vanish on the new build and putting on new outfits delete your inventory and STILL don't change your outfit. They screwed the pooch on this one it seems :/

I had a ghilie suit dressed on, I updated to 1.7.2 and then I logged in, it was all like I left it but my ghilie was gone.

I've logged in many times, all login bugs looks like have been fixed, but DO NOT WEAR ANY CAMO/GHILIE OR YOU WILL LOOSE EVERYTHING

i found a ghilie recently whent put it on and found myself swiming and an appaetment building luckily most my stuff had droped to the bottom floor ufourtunatly i lost my m4a3 but hey im still alive

Alright. I'll probably just log in and deal with the loss of the ghillie, it was nice to have but not really critical.

try logging into 7.2 servers WITHOUT UPDATING YOUR FILES from 7.1.5 some people it works fine for them... (or simply ignore the latest update till Rocket fixes it... as... in its current form, it breaks your Non-DayZ game... Arma 2 stops working most things .. like missions/editor)

or copy paste your addon files to another folder (in your documents or... anywhere) so that you can swap between 7.1.5 and 7.2 (as some people basically.... CANT join 7.2 servers even with the 7.2 patch... stuck at loading screens)
