ArmaX + Combined Operations?

As you know, mostly ArmaX-Users seem to be affected by the "loading"-issue. So I am one of them.

For that reason I also bought Combined Operations.

My question is if it is possible to use Combined Operations with the Addons from ArmaX (BAF and PMC)?

Do anyone have experience with that? Unfortunately I have no time to try right now and probably one of you guys already has!?
