Silent observer 4 Posted July 11, 2012 So ive been reading through some of the forums on here and have been seeing people saying stuff about some servers being private and not connected to the DayZ hive. How are we as players to know which servers are connected to the DayZ hive and which ones arnt if they dont put it in their server description? Im guessing the ones connected to the DayZ hive have the @Hive as a mod, but i looked up a server that said they were private but still had the @hive, so I got no idea how to tell them apart if its not in the description Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

species5021 28 Posted July 11, 2012 I think they are referring to the ones running a server for people playing an illegal version of the game, you can easily recognize them in the server list as they have [ No CD-key ] in their server name. thisisbleep 32 Posted July 12, 2012 There is no easy way, but if you only join servers who follow the correct naming format you should not encounter any problems.
