Respawn button

Hello this is my first post on the DayZ Forums.

I would like to say that a few days ago I was pretty annoyed, I was about to abort from the DayZ server I was playing on

When I accidentally pressed, Respawn. Sounds pretty stupid but I really think that when you press respawn it should ask,

"Do you really want to leave"? Also this could help with pvp loggers as it will take longer to abort.

Oh, silly me. I somehow thought that I was talking about the Abort the abort button for a sec there...

This idea has been suggested before. I agree that you should be asked "are you sure you want to respawn?" so that you don't accidently kill yourself. However, it doesn't really matter if you apply the same concept prior to disconnecting since most people just press ALT+F4 to avoid death anyways.

Rocket mentioned that he's trying to work on a system to prevent disconnecters (such as a logout timer).

Ah yes, thanks for the reply! I didn't actually mean to put that last bit about the Abort,I have no idea what I was on about haha

Dude, my mate meant to hit the Settings tab to lower his graphics, instead hit Respawn like a pro! He had so much gear and had survived for like 10 days of something! Pretty funny if you ask me but I do agree with the 'Are you sure?'.

a. please refer to 'search' button next time.

b. imho that button should be just removed altogether
