moriak 35 Posted July 11, 2012 since 1.7.1 you spawn without a weapon.. there are houses you can enter and there are houses you can't enter.. you will learn with time which ones you can enter.. you will then be able to spot them easily from distance.. until then you need to be sneaky, take your time when moving through villages.. your best bet is to prone until you learn how to avoid the infected or lose them once they start chasing you Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

idunc 62 Posted July 11, 2012 (edited) Yes, this is normal. Players don't spawn with guns anymore. And most buildings are not interactive, meaning you can't go inside. With more play time, you'll start to recognize the buildings that are accessible.It seems as though the zombies' senses are a little overpowered with the new update. species5021 28 Posted July 11, 2012 You'll learn fast and die a lot in the process, when you get to the point where you feel that dieing is just a way of starting over and its not a bad thing the game becomes a lot more fun.
