Constant freezes

My game freezes practically half the time, playing for one second and freezing another, It was playing well earlier today... I was wondering if this was an easy to fix issue, or at least a known one.

There could be a number of explanations of these issues you're having; assuming you haven't already:

• Change your graphics settings (ESC -> Graphics -> Advanced) to minimum on all levels.
  
• Ensure it's not server side, try joining different servers and seeing if the problem persists.
  
• Post your hardware specs.

I tried entering various servers, and for some reason it lag spiked me out of them almost immediately. When I finally got a chance to change the graphics the freezing didn't stop. Also at the loading screen it showed that I was sending a bunch of "back in formation" commands even though I was doing no such thing... related?

Specs:

Intel Core i7 CPU Q 740 @ 1.73 GHz 6 GB of RAM

I also restarted my computer, didn't help...

And now it's fixed... -,- I love random glitches, oh well I guess if it happens to anyone else I'd recommend just waiting it out...
